Our 100-hour Phlebotomy Technician program in Jacksonville combines classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and live blood-collection experience to prepare students for entry-level phlebotomy work. Hands-On Phlebotomy Training & National Certification Preparation

100-Hour Phlebotomy Technician Training

Our 100-hour program combines classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory practice, and supervised blood-collection experience to prepare students for entry-level phlebotomy work.

Hands-On Training

Students practice venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen handling, patient identification, infection prevention, and other essential phlebotomy skills throughout the program.

Live Venipunctures & Capillary Sticks

Students complete at least 30 successful venipunctures and 10 capillary sticks on live individuals as part of their hands-on training and certification preparation.

National Certification Preparation & On-Site Testing

Our curriculum is designed around the knowledge and practical skills expected by NHA and MedCA. After completing the program, eligible graduates can take their national certification exam right here at First Coast Training Center.

Mrs. Sibley and Ms. Bartley are an awesome combo for this program! As they told us - both teach very differently from each other. However, their styles compliment one another in a great way. I learned a ton of hands-on skills for the CNA role and am excited to go to clinicals, thanks to them. They bring decades of work experience to the program, and are fantastic at sharing real life examples to bring to life what they are teaching. Thank you so much for introducing us to this field of work. I feel like my dollars spent on the program were definitely worth it!
